How to add contact us page in Blogger?

Add your own specific contact us page in your blog by using your google drive.


Follow the given steps to add your own contact us page in blogger. Hope you can understand easily.

Step 1: Go on 

  • Then, My drive,
  • Again My drive,
  • Then More,
  • Then Google form,
Or Directly redirection Here.



Step 2Change 1 and 2 in the image as Contact from. And 3 as Name.


Step 3: Set 4 as Short answer, 5 as on/of, if the field is compulsory or mandatory for you and Click on 6 to add more questions.



Step 4: Set 7 as Email, 8 if you Required or not and 9 to add a more tab.


Step 5: Set 10 as Message and 11 as Required.



Step 6: Now Click on Send.


Step 7: Click on the Tab (12) and then, Set Width and Height accordingly and click on Copy (13).


Step 8: Now, Go to your Blog then, pages and then, new page.


Step 9: Give your page a title: Contact us, then Click on HTML and Remove the blue Content (Ctrl + a + Backspace).


 Step 10. Now paste the content, we copied before from Google drive. And click on Publish.



Step 11: Now go to Layout and then Edit in Menu.



Step 12: Now find contact us and click on Edit and then Change the URL with https://Yourwebsite/p/contact-us.html (write your blog address in yourwebsite such as Techyindia.blogspot.com ).

Step 13: Click on Save.






Step 14. Now go to your website and Click on Contact us.




 Now you can see your Contact Form

Your Contact Form is ready.


How will you receive the Response/Messages of the Contact form?



  • Just go to your Google drive/My drive.


  • Now click on the contact form, you created.

  • Click on Responses. Here you can get messages, For example, I sent a message from my website and I got in Responses.
